Complimentary Fitness Classes
Classes are taught by professional group fitness instructors and are held in the Group Fitness Studio.
The following group fitness classes are included free of charge to Executive Members of the University Club:
- Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga
- Mat Pilates
- Tai Chi

What to wear: Loose athletic clothing is suggested.
Tai Ji Chuan, which translates as "Supreme Ultimate Boxing" is a traditional Chinese martial art whose practice has been described as "A type of slow shadow boxing." The style consists of learning the form, the sequence of postures, practiced slowly and evenly, followed by the practice of push hands and finally free form pushing.
